2 brothers in pot session arrested
TWO brothers were caught by the police in a shabu session in the house of their mother at PNR Site, Mayombo District in Dagupan on October 16.
The suspects have been identified as Ryan Dioquino, 29, of Bonuan Tondaligan, Dagupan City, and Eric Dioquino, 37, a construction worker, also of PNR Site.
Superintendent Romeo Caramat, chief of police of Dagupan, said the police was tipped off about the session by a concerned citizen who saw the illegal activity going on at the house of Nora Dioquino, mother of the suspects.
Recovered by the police in front of the two were two pieces of open heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu residue, one plastic straw measuring more or less two inches containing suspected shabu residue and one disposable lighter.
A case for violation of Article 11, Sec 13 and Sec 15 of the RA 9165 is being prepared against the two.
