A SKILLS Management Course for gasoline station operators in Pangasinan was organized by the Department of Energy (DOE) last September 26-28 in Lingayen, an offshoot of the Multi-Sectoral Advocacy for the Downstream Oil Industry held in August in Dagupan City.

Director Zenaida Monsada of the DOE-Oil Industry Management Bureau said the Liquefied Petroleum Products sub-sector requested for the seminar to learn more about the oil industry.

At least 45 participants enlisted for the three-day seminar and representatives from local government units were also invited to attend the September 27 session.

The seminar is part of the DOE’S information campaign among the business sector and the consuming public to uphold safe and fair practices in the sale of liquid petroleum products (LPP) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). (PIA-Pangasinan/VHS)
