Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late DIOSDADO C. TAMAYO, who upon his death on May 26, 2012, was resident of Dagupan City, his estate consisting of real properties situated in Dagupan City, Pangasinan and covered by TCT No. 78169 and 74521, both situated in Malued Dist., Dagupan City was settled extra judicially settled and distributed among his heirs, namely: Lory, Dante, John, Aiza, Leah, Danny and Lorna, all surnamed TAMAYO, who are residents of Dagupan City, by means of a certain public document executed by the latter on Sept. 5, 2012, and ratified before Atty. Arginald J.C. Esguerra, as per Doc. No. 324; Page No.66; Book No. IV; Series of 2012 of his Notarial Register.
