Man arrested for nine counts of falsification
STO. TOMAS—A man was arrested by the police in Barangay San Antonio here on Thursday for falsifying public documents.
Elements of the Sto. Tomas Police Station led by Senior Inspector Allan Emerson Dauz, chief of police, arrested Wilfredo Gavina, 57, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Executive Judge Mayflor L. Heo-Guzman of the 11th Municipal Circuit Trial Court Villasis-Sto Tomas for nine counts of falsification of Public Document.
The suspect is now under the custody of Barangay Chairman Artemio Marquez of San Antonio, Sto. Tomas after failing to post P12,000 bail bond for every case.
