No. 36117, is the subject of extra-judicial partition by and among the heirs namely: Rosalia and Lolita both surnamed PADILLA, under Doc. No. 118; Page No. 24; Book No. XV; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Alfonso C. Villamil, Jr.
