INTERNATIONAL trader Wilson de Vera and former Calasiao Vice Mayor Ferdinand Galang announced their plan to team up and run for mayor and vice mayor in the May 2013 election.

In a press forum in Dagupan City last Wednesday, the duo said they are going to “clean and reform” the existing political administration, which they charged has committed many irregularities.

“Our vision is a local government that is transparent and accountable to the people,” De Vera said.

“Being the pointmen and local stewards of President Aquino, we personify the principle of ‘Daang Matuwid’,” he added.
