Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late DOMINGA BACANI, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Bo. Ican, Malasiqui, Pangasinan, containing an area of 45 sq. meters, more or less covered by OCT of Title No. 4140, is the subject of self-adjudication by the only heir ROSALIA PADILLA- DE VERA.
