AFFIDAVIT OF SELF-ADJUDICATION
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late GUDELIA TULIAO, who died intestate on July 27, 2010, at Honululu City, Honululu Oahu, consisting of a Two (2) parcels of land both situated at Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan, containing an area of 431 and 1,206 sq. meters, more or less, covered by O.C.T. No. P-38018 and O.C.T. No. P-37728, are the subject of self-adjudication by the only heir MAGDALENA G. TULIAO.
