RAISING TEAM MANGALDAN–2003 Tour Pilipinas champion Arnel Quirimit of Team Mangaldan crosses the finish all by his lonesome to win the Toledo City-Argao fourth stage of the five-day 2012 Tour of Cebu bikefest held August 8-12. Quirimit’s victory lifted Team Mangaldan to second position from third, dislodging Butuan City’s Cycleline Extreme squad in the overall team classification.
