A verified petition was filed  praying for the correction of entry in the Certificate of live birth of the petitioner under Entry No. 4, Sex of the petitioner. From “MALE” to “FEMALE”.

The Court hereby sets the initial hearing of this petition on September 25, 2012 at 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon at which date, time and place, any interested party may appear and show cause why the petition shall not be granted.

WHEREFORE, let a copy of this Order be published once a week for three  (3) consecutive weeks in Sunday Punch a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Pangasinan and its cities.

Furnish copies of this Order to the Office of the Solicitor General, Makati City, the Municipal Civil Registrar of Aguilar, Pangasinan and the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, Lingayen, Panga-sinan.
