PESO hosts recruitment for 2 companies
A SPECIAL recruitment activity was hosted on August 3 by the Provincial Employment Services Office (PESO) for two local companies in need of professional and skilled workers.
PESO Chief Alex Ferrer said Magna Peak Services Corporation, based in Mabalacat, Pampanga, and Trust International Paper Corporation (TIPCO) in Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur, opened job vacancies for Pangasinenses.
The positions offered include accounting assistants, agriculturist, civil engineers, electrician, farm/crop manager, industrial engineers, lab analysts, marketing manager, mechanic, mechanical design engineer, operator trainees, process technicians/operators, sorters/production helpers/book trimmers/balers and trailer/truck drivers/forklift operators.
Applicants who passed the initial exam and interview will be called for further assessment, said Ferrer.
The recruitment is part of the provincial government’s thrust to help provide employment opportunities to Pangasinenses. (PIA-Pangasinan/AMM)
