DEED OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late MARIA BAJO, who died intestate at Mangatarem, Pangasinan, containing an area of 954 sq. meters, declared under Tax Decl. No. 9, covered by TCT No. 6836, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement with absolute sale in favor of TERESITA DANCEL DE VERA that certain portion of 73 sq. meters only (residential land) and with renunciation, waiver and quitclaim of rights, shares and interest in favor of ELENA DANCEL AYAP the remaining 426 sq. meters of the above described, under Doc. No. 152; Page No. 32; Book No. IV; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty. Michael Gotos Dela Vega.
