Suspected drug buyer arrested
DAGUPANCITY–A suspected buyer of shabu was caught red-handed while engaged in a transaction in Sitio Silungan, Barangay Bonuan Binloc at about 1:45 p.m. of July 11.
The seller, however, managed to escape.
The suspect, Dennis Figueroa, 25, of Malta Village in Dagupan, had in his possession two sachets of shabu containing 0.5 grams with total estimated value of P3,000.
The arrest took place after the police received a text message from a confidential agent alerting them that a drug transaction was taking place between two persons in Sitio Silungan.
