Finding the peition to be in order the Court hereby sets the hearing to SEPTEMBER 11, 2012 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning at which date, time, and place any interested person may appear and show cause if any, why said petition should not be granted.

Let copies of this order be published at the expense of the petitioner at least once a week for three consecutive weeks on duly accredited newspaper of general circulation in the province of Pangasinan.

The Court Social Worker is hereby directed to conduct a Social Case Study and to file her report before the scheduled date of hearing.

Let copies of this order and the petition together with the annexes thereto be furnished the Solicitor General.
