LANDMARK PROVINCIAL LAWS–Governor Amado Espino Jr., with members of the provincial board led by Vice Governor Jose Ferdinand Calimlim around him, signs Wednesday the newly-passed Pangasinan Environmental Code and the Pangasinan Health and Sanitation Code, two landmark ordinances seeking to protect the province’s environment and the health and sanitation of Pangasinenses.
