EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT WITH WAIVER OF SHARE
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPOUSES TRANQUILINO & APOLONIA MACARAEG, who died intestate on Oct. 4, 1999 and Dec. 15, 1987 at Anolid, Malasiqui, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at San Carlos City, Pangasinan, containing an area of 1,446 sq. meters, covered by TCT No. 4751, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement with waiver of share in favor of GLORIA, EDOVIGES, SERVITO and CELEDONIO, all surnamed MACARAEG.
