Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late BEATRIZ MARAMBA-REYES, who died intestate on April 16, 2012 at Dagupan City, Pangasinan, consisting of Eight (8) parcels of land all situated at Bonuan Boquig, City of Dagupan, containing an area of 250, 79, 242, 3,502.40, 372, 372, 4,123, 536, 158, 755, 1,757 and 8,348 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT Nos. 88343, 88342, 88341, 86185, 79592, 79580, 74661, 79579, 88344, 88347, 88523 and 88463, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement by and among the heirs, under Doc. No. 43; Page No. 10; Book No. III; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty. Gerald M. Tabadero.
