No. 4010156, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate of deceased person with waiver of rights, in favor of Steve Jose Soriano, under Doc. No. 433; Page No. 87; Book No. LXXV; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty. Butch Cardinal N. Torio.
