Ex-convict falls in drug buy-bust
DAGUPAN CITY—An ex-convict was arrested by anti-drug operatives of the Dagupan Police during a buy-bust operation in Sitio Bliss, Barangay Bonuan Binloc.
Arthuro Centeno, 40, sold one heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet of shabu to a policeman disguised as a buyer and was promptly arrested after receiving a marked money of three P100 bills.
A confidential agent tipped the police that the suspect was allegedly engaged in drug peddling.
At least 14 other pieces of transparent plastic sachets containing shabu was seized from the suspect.
