Another drug pusher falls in Dagupan
DAGUPAN CITY–Another suspected drug pusher and user was arrested by the police in Dagupan City last July 2 following an intensified drive against illegal drugs launched here two weeks ago.
Jeremy Batingan, 18, of Barangay Lomboy, is now facing a case for violation of Republic Act No. 9165 following his arrest on Nueva Street at 2:45 a.m. that day.
Found by the police in the possession of Batingan was one heat-sealed plastic sachet containing shabu.
Lawmen effected the arrest after they were tipped off about the pending sale. Batingan was having a conversation with an unidentified suspect with whom an exchange of shabu and money was witnessed.
Batingan was cornered and found in possession of 0.03 gram of shabu but the unidentified buyer managed to escape.
