Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late PETRONA LOPEZ LIVO, SPS. MARCELO B. LOPEZ and DIONISIA C. LOPEZ, who died intestate on Dec. 15, 2005, June 14, 1971 and July 13, 1973, at San Manuel, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at San Manuel, Pangasinan containing an area of 14,100 sq. meters, more or less, covered by Orig. Cert. of Title No. 21134 and Tax Decl. No. 13205, is the subject of self-adjudication by the only SALVADOR LOPEZ LIYO, under Doc. No. 155; Page No. 32; Book No. 6; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Laudemer I. Fabia.
