PROUDLY PANGASINAN—Cyclists from Pangasinan dominated the 11th stage of the Ronda Pilipinas 2012, which finished at Maramba Boulevard in Lingayen last Tuesday, with (from left) Ferdinand Pablo of Umingan bagging third place; Alfie Catalan of San Manuel, lap winner; and Arnel Quirimit of Pozorrubio in second place.  With them holding the checks are Provincial Administrator Rafael Baraan and Vice Gov.
