Power interruption sked in central Pangasinan

A POWER interruption has been scheduled on June 27, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., affecting the towns of Binmaley, Mangatarem and Urbiztondo.

The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) is scheduled to undertake the commissioning of a 7.5MVA transformer of CENPELCO Binmaley Substation and clearing of vegetations along lines owned and maintained by CENPELCO.

Aguilar, Lingayen, San Carlos City, and parts of Basista and Malasiqui will also be affected by interruption from 7-7:30 a.m. and 5:30- 6 p.m. on the same day to facilitate isolation and reconnection of power.

Normal operations will immediately resume after work completion, the NGCP assured.
