Marijuana pusher nabbed in Alcala
ALCALA– A case for violation of Republic Act No. 9165, the Dangerous Drugs Act, was filed against a drug pusher who was nabbed in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Anolid here in the morning of June 27.
Policemen grabbed Anthony Sison, 30, as soon as he received the P100 marked money for one heat-sealed sachet containing 00. 20 grams of marijuana from an operative who posed as a buyer.
Two more sachets of marijuana weighing 00.20 grams each were found on the suspect’s pants pocket when searched by arresting officers.
The items seized from the suspects were submitted to the PNP Crime laboratory in Urdaneta City for examination.
