Grandmother hit with stray bullet
SISON–A 62-year old grandmother was hospitalized after she was hit by a stray bullet fired from a still unknown firearm at 8:30 p.m. on June 19 in Barangay Cabaritan here.
The victim, Lolita Consolacion, was feeding their dog in their backyard when the bullet that seemingly came from nowhere pierced through her right arm then went through her right thigh.
She was rushed by her husband and son to the Rosario District Hospital in adjacent La Union where she was operated on.
