EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF THE ESTATE WITH SALE
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late FELICIANO RIVERA, consisting of a Two (2) parcels of land fishpond and residential land situated at Magtaking, Bugallon, Pangasinan and Domalandan Center, Lingayen, Pangasinan, containing an area of 6287 sq. meters, and 2879 sq. meters, more or less, declared under Tax Decl. No. 1366 and 00744, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement with sale in favor of PERFECTO L. RIVERA under Tax Decl No. 1366 and PERFECTO L. RIVERA and DEMETRIO L. RIVERA, that certain 1/2 eastern portion of land covered by T.D. 00744, under Doc. No. 327; Page No. 67; Book No. V; Series of 2011, under Notary Public Atty. Dominique C. Evangelista.
