Anoled, San Carlos City, Pangasinan containing an area of 5,963 sq. meters, more or less, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 605, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with absolute sale in favor of JOHANA S. MACARAEG, under Doc. No. 366; Page No. 78; Book No. XXX; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty. Conrado P. Gubatan.
