Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPS. JOSE C. RAMOS, JR. and CELEDONIA ALMONTE-RAMOS,  who died on Mar. 19 2008 and Nov. 11, 2001, respectively at Dagupan City, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Poblacion Oeste, Dagupan City, containing an area of 148 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 50875, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with absolute sale in favor of MICHAEL DIOLAZO JIMENEZ, under Doc. No. 237; Page No. 49; Book No. XXI; Series of 2012.
