Roof, containing an area of 25 sq. meters, Market value -8,000 Php, and certain parcel of residential land both located at Historia, Mangatarem, Pangasinan, containing an area of 228 sq. meters, covered by OCT No. P-18066, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with renunciation, waiver and quitclaim of rights, shares and interests in favor of DOMINADOR AQUINO AQUIRO, under Doc. No. 505; Page No. 102; Book No. IV; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty. Michael Gotos Dela Vega.
