Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late ONOFRE A. TIBAYAN, who died on Feb. 23, 2003 in Bonuan Boquig, Dagupan City, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan, containing an area of 7,477 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 31042, Cert. of Land Ownership Award (CLOA) No. 43371, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement with sale in favor of SPS.
