Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPS. FERNANDO GUTIERREZ and CARMEN ABALOS, who died on Nov. 19, 1996 and June 01, 2012 respectively both at San Fabian, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of an irrigated riceland situated at Brgy. Tempra-Guilig, San Fabian, Pangasinan, containing an area of 11,880 sq. meters, declared under Tax Decl. No. 00496, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement with sale of portion in favor of  SPS. WILLY Y. DOCTOLERO and MARIA THERESA GONZAGA-DOCTOLERO that certain 4,940 sqm. only, designated Lot 18576, under Doc. No. 487; Page No. 99; Book No. VII; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty. Leoncio M. Pusanos.
