Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late ESTEBAN LLENA, who died on intestate at Osiem Mangaldan, Pangasinan, consisting of a Three (3) parcels of Corn land all situated at Osiem, Mangaldan, Pangasinan, containing an area of 4,508, 3,990 and 400 square meters, declared under Tax Decl. Nos. 20401, 281 and 283, are the subject of extra-judicial partition and quitclaim in favor of LOLITA LLENA VDA. DE PADILLA, under Doc.
