Shabu buyer arrested but pusher escapes
A porter was arrested by the Dagupan police after he was found in possession of one heat-sealed plastic sachets containing crystalline substance suspected to bemethamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu.
Suspect Manuel Ignacio, 28, of Barangay Matic-matic, Sta. Barbara, was allegedly transacting a drug deal with another person when policemen, on a tip from an informant, arrived.
Ignacio was arrested but the person who he was allegedly talking with, suspected to be a drug pusher, managed to escape.
