PAVA OFFICERS IN TOWN—Officers of the Philippine Association of Voluntary Arbitrators, Inc. (PAVA) pay a courtesy call to Dagupan Mayor Benjamin Lim on April 28 at the City Museum. The PAVA officers held their Quarterly Executive Board Meeting in the city hosted by Atty. Napoleon B. Arenas, Jr.  Vice-President for Luzon. Arenas will attend membership and training seminar on May 11 to 13 of the National Arbitration Forum (NAF) in New Jersey, USA.
