NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under Act 3135 as Amended, filed on APRIL 12, 2012 by RURAL BANK OF MANGALDAN, INC., with office address at Poblacion, Mangaldan, Pangasinan, against SPS. DOMINADOR N. AQUINO and BEVERLY F. TRAPAL AQUINO, both of legal ages, Filipino citizens with postal address at Sitio Tawi-tawi, Barangay Bantayan, Mangaldan, Pangasinan, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of MARCH 28, 2012 amounts to ONE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (PH190,000.00) plus interest, charges, penalties, attorney’s fees, publication fees and other charges thereafter, and expenses incidental to the public auction sale, the undersigned Sheriff IV will sell at public auction on JUNE 14, 2012 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:0-0 P.M. in front of the MUNICIPAL HALL OF MANGALDAN, PANGASI-NAN, to the highest bidder, for cash and in Philippine Currency, the below des-cribed property/properties, with all existing improvement thereon, to wit.

TAX DECLARATION NO. 006 38790- RESIDENTIAL LAND

TAX DECLARATION NO. 006-38860- RESIDENTIAL HOUSE

“A parcel of residential land with  all the improvements thereon, situated in Sitio Tawi-Tawi, Barangay Bantayan, Mangaldan, Pangasinan, with an area of 939.35 square meters, more or less. Bounded on the North by Lot 3641 (San Fabian Cadastre) Isaias Biala, on the East, by PIN 093 (Lot 8338-Part), Michael N. Aquino; on the South, by PIN 023 (Lot 8336), Maria Abrio (before) Barangay Road (now), on the West, by PIN 021 (Lot 8337), Erlinda B. Navarro married to Cesario Villosillo. Assessed at P22,540.00 for the current year as per the above-cited Tax Declaration Number. Regis-tered under Act 3344 as shown of the face of the document supporting owner-ship of same.”

The bidding will be done thru SEALED BIDS and the property will be awarded to the best and highest bidder who shall pay his bid in cash or manager’s check within five (5) days from notice.

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated time and date.

In the event the public auction should not take place on said date, it shall be held on JUNE 21, 2012 same time and place without further notice.

Prospective buyers may investigate for themselves the title/tax declaration of the property above described and the encumbrances thereon, if any there be.
