NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under Act 3135 as Amended, filed by the mortgagee GM BANK, INC., Brgy. Dimasalang, Maharlika Highway, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, Philippines, represented by its counsel Atty. Ryan T. Tadeo, against mortgagors SPOUSES BENJAMIN G. CASTRO and MERCEDES M. CASTRO, both of legal ages, Filipinos and residence of Brgy. Bolosan, San Carlos City, Pangasinan, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness, which as of March 30, 2012 amounts to Php*250,000.00, including interest, penalties, charges, attorney’s fees, cost of publication and expenses of the foreclosure. The Ex-Officio Sheriff or her duly authorized deputy will sell at public auction on July 23, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. or soon thereafter at the Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court, Hall of Justice, BLISS Pagal, San Carlos City, Pangasinan, to the highest bidder for cash or manager’s check and in Philippine Currency, the following property with all its improvements, to wit:

No. ____), situated in the Barrio of Bacnar, Rurbans Code No. 015532, San Carlos City, Pangasinan, island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., along line 4-2 by Lot 7723 of the San Carlos Cadastre, on the SE., along line 1-2 by the Barrio Road (6.00 m. wide) on the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot 7722 – A of the subd. Plan; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 7723 San Carlos Cadastre x-x-x-x-x-x Containing an area of ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY NINE POINT FIFTY (1169.50) SQUARE METERS, more or less. Including all improvements erected thereon and all other improvements to erected in the future within the existence of this mortgage.”

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated time and date.

In the event the public auction should not take place on said date, it shall be held on July 30, 2012 same time and place without further notice.
