EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE AND WAIVER
Notice is hereby given that the estate of the deceased MERCEDES F. ASPERIN, FELIX ABAD, RODRIGO E. CAMPOS and LARRY ASPERIN ABAD, who died on Dec. 01, 1998, Oct. 1, 1944, Nov. 26, 1975 and June 27, 2010, consisting of a Six (6) parcels of land and One (1) residential house both located at Mangatarem, Pangasinan containing an area of 10,371, 3,319, 2,216, 3,481, 2,345, 2,686 and 15 square meters, declared under Tax Decl. No. 70 and OCT No. P-12441, Tax Decl. No. 19787, 7, 8, 9 and 9, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with deed of Absolute Sale and Waiver in favor of ANGELINA A. DUMAGCO a portion of 8,707 sq. meters only and MARLO A. MONTOYA, a portion of 1,664 sq. meters.
