Notice is hereby given that the estate of the deceased LEONARDO GALISIM PEROCHE, SR. AND CECILIA DANCEL, who died on July 2, 2003 and May 28, 1983 respectively both in Mangatarem, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Mangatarem, Pangasinan, containing an area of 452 sq. meters, covered by Orig. Cert. of Title No. 22941, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement with waiver, renunciation and quitclaim of shares, rights and interest in favor of LEONARDO D. PEROCHE, JR. (presented by Rolando – ( front portion), Marlo – (middle portion) and Valentino, -(back portion), all surnamed Peroche, under Doc. No. 437; Page No. 89; Book No. IV; Series of 2012.
