Notice is hereby given that the estate of the deceased ULPIANO A. ABROGAR, who died on July 31, 2001, at San Fabian, Pangasinan, consisting of a Two (2) parcels of an irrigated land both situated in Angio, San Fabian, Pangasinan, containing an area of 630 sq meters and 728 sq. meters, more or less, declared under Tax Decl. No. 00044 Index No. 013-32-00-004 and Tax Decl. No. 00043 Index No. 013-31-005, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement with quitclaim in favor of DELILAH A. ABROGAR-PERALTA, under Doc. No. 426; Page No. 87; Book No. VII; Series of 2012.
