Vintage cars on show in Dagupan
A VINTAGE car show was launched on April 16 at Eastgate Plaza, Dagupan City as part of the celebration of Bangus Festival 2012 and will be open to the public until May 1.
The event dubbed “The Vintage Car Show” is organized by the Pangasinan-based Northstar Vintage Motor Club as their contribution to the festival.
“These cars are beautifully restored into life and functionality. They really look like new though these cars are from the 40’s and 50’s” said Heinrich Rodriguez, a visitor.
The club, currently headed by Bert Jimenez, was established in 2005. It serves as a venue for vintage car hobbyist in the province.
Some of the vintage cars on display are a Ford Fairlane 500, Comet 202, 1968 Plymouth, Datsun 2407 and Fiat.–Markfil Tersol
