Notice is hereby given that the estate of the deceased CIRILA DURAN LOPEZ & JOSE PADUA LOPEZ, who died intestate on Feb. 19, 1998 and Dec. 03, 2010 at Dagupan City, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Brgy. Amagbagan, Pozorrubio, Pangasinan, containing an area of 22,356 sq. meters, covered by Orig. Certificate of Title No. P-22385, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with deed of partition by and among the heirs namely: RUPERTO, FELIX, MAXIMO, ARSENIO, TERESITA, MARINA, ESTELA, SHYNE and ARLENE, all surnamed LOPEZ in equal share of 2,795 sq. meters each, under Doc. No. 254; Page No. 072; Book No. V; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Melanie A. Abenes.
