Notice is hereby given that the estate of the deceased DOMINGO VELASQUEZ and AGUEDA G. VELASQUEZ, who died on Dec. 15, 1983 and April 27, 2007, respectively at Mangaldan, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of coconut, banana and residential land situated at Salay, Mangaldan, Pangasinan, containing an area of 3,690 sq. meters, declared under Tax Decl. No. 028-00222, is the subject of extrajudicial partition by and among the heirs namely: Lourdes and Roberto, both surnamed Velasquez, under Doc. No. 437; Page No. 89; Book No. III, Series of 2012.
