Notice is hereby given that the estate of the deceased AMADO Z. ESCOSIO, ADELA ESCOSIO and TECLA ESCOSIO CABRAL, who died intestate on Nov. 30, 1984 and Oct. 11, 1977 consisting of a parcel of land situated at Dagupan City containing an area of 31,972 sq. meters, covered by TCT No. 31535, is the subject of extrajudicial partition with deed of absolute sale in favor of SPS.
