Before this Court is a verified petition for cancellation of the birth certificate of live birth and birth record of Cleizl Iyrs Abarra Dilla. Finding the petition to be sufficient in form and substance, let the initial hearing be set on May 17, 2012 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning before the sala of this Court.

The Petitioner is ordered to cause the publication of this Order in a newspaper of general circulation nonce a week for three consecutive weeks prior to the date set for hearing.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
