BINALONAN– A 17-year old boy was temporarily detained at the town police station after he was arrested in possession of five grams of marijuana leaves.

Charged with violation of Republic Act 9165 or illegal possession of dangerous drugs was Kier Irving Magda of Brangay Sta. Catalina.

He was caught in the public market in Barangay Poblacion at about 5:15 p.m. by elements of the Binalonan Police, together with members of the People’s Anti-Felony Detection Special Support Organization of the Philippines (PAFDSP).
