READY FOR PALARONG PAMBANSA–Governor Amado T.Espino, Jr. (center) assures the members of the Philippine Sportswriters Association (PSA) that the Palarong Pambansa 2012 to be held in Pangasinan will leave a lasting legacy with its “green, hi-tech, benchmark, continuity and showcase of quality government service.” At the weekly PSA forum in Manila last March 27, the governor also reported that the upgrading and renovation of facilities for the national event is already 80 percent complete and will be ready by April 20.  The Palaro, which will be hosted by Pangasinan for the second time, will be participated in by some 10,000 delegates from 17 regions from May 6-12.  Flanking Espino are (from left) Palaro Sec.
