POZORRUBIO HOSPITAL UPGRADE—Dr. Ella Domondon (center), chief of the Pozorrubio Community Hospital, presents a charcoal painting to Governor Amado Espino Jr. during the 22nd anniversary of PCH on March 7as an expression of gratitude for the governor’s initiatives to upgrade and improve the hospital. From a 10-bed capacity, the hospital now operates on a 25-bed capacity and has increased number of served patients by 180 percent. The PCH will also soon have new x-ray and ultrasound machines as promised by Espino following a talk with Pozorrubio Mayor Artemio Chan. With the governor is Provincial Health Officer Anna Ma.
