NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under Act 3135, filed by RURAL BANK OF ROSARIO (L.U.) INC., with principal office address of Rosario, La Union, and with branch office at Caballero St., Pozorrubio, Pangasinan against SPS. HELEN F. PEREZ & JOSE I. PEREZ with postal address at Mahogany St., Villa Pozorrubio, Pozorrubio, Pangasinan to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of February 28, 2010 amounts to THREE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY NINE & 49/100 PESOS ONLY (Php 389,859.49) excluding penalties, charges, attorney’s fees and expenses of foreclosure, the undersigned Sheriff will sell at public auction on MAY 10, 2012 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning or soon thereafter at the main entrance of the Hall of Justice, Anonas, Regional Trial Court, City of Urdaneta, Pangasinan, to the highest bidder, for cash and in Philippine currency, the below described property with all its improvements thereon, to wit:

“A parcel of land (Lot 5, Blk. 10, Pcs-01-001812, being a portion of Lots, 1-B-2, & 1-B-3, all of Psd-015539-023451, LRC Rec. No. ____) situated in Brgy. Alipangpang, (Rurban Code no. 015530) Mun. of Pozorrubio, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon. Bounded SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 3 of Blk. 10, of the cons., subd., plan; on the NW., along 1-2-3 by road Lot 9 (6.50 m. wide); on the NE., along line 3-4 by Lot 7; and on the S along line 4-1 by Lot 6, all of Blk. 10 of cons. subd plan. Beginning at a point Mark “1” to point of beginning, containing an area of EIGHTY (80) SQUARE METERS more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as PS Cyl. Conc. mons. 15×60 cms; hearings true; date of cons. subd. survey on Nov. 14-17, 1994 and Sept. 18-23, 1995 executed by Engr. Second Floor, made CHB wallings. With 2 Bedrooms, Concrete floorings and footing (tiles) sliding glass windows, with a total area of 80 square meters. Third floor, Concrete floorings & footings, CHB wallings, GI sheets roofings with an area of 40 square meters.

Including all improvements made thereon until obligation is fully paid.

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above-stated time and date.

Prospective buyers may investigate for themselves the Transfer Certificate of Title/Tax Declaration hereinafter described and encumbrances if any there be.

In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date it shall be held on May 17, 2012 without further notice.
