NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon Extra-judicial petition for sale under Act No. 3135, as Amended filed on January 12, 2012 by BALIKATAN PROPER-TY HOLDINGS, INC.  with head office  at the 24th Flr.  BPI Buendia Center, Sen. Gil  Puyat Avenue, Makati City against SPS. EDITHA S. TABILIN and OSCAR B. TABILIN, both of legal ages, filipino citizens with postal address at #04, Moncada, Tarlac and Lot 33, Blk 6, Sta. Theresa Street, Villa Sta. Barbara Subd., Bo. Bigol, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of MAY 09, 2011 amounts to One Hundred Forty Seven Thousand One Hundred Twenty Nine Pesos and 59/100 (Php 147,129.59) inclusive of interest as of said date but exclusive of interests, penalties and other charges thereafter, plus expenses incidental to the public auction sale, the undersigned Sheriff IV will sell at public auction on MARCH 28, 2012 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. in front of the Municipal Hall of Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan, to the highest bidder, for cash and in Philippine Currency, the below  described property/property, with all existing improvement thereon, to wit.

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 201444

“A parcel of land (Lot 33, Blk. 6, Pcs-015538-001617, being a portion of Lots 60-B, 60-C, 60-D and 60-E, Psd-1-000183 (OLT) L.R.C. REC. NO. —-), situated in the Bo. Bigol, Botao and Minien. Mun. of Sta. Barbara, Prov. of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 34; on the NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 31, all of Blk. 6, of the cons. subd. plan; on the NE., along line 3-4 by Road Lod 11,  and on the SE., along line 4-1 by Lot 35, Blk. 6, of the cons. – subd. plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 33, Blk 6, on plan being S.45 deg., 20’E., 310.71m. from BLBM No. 1, Bo. Minien, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan, thence N. 73 deg. 11’W., 9.00 m. to point 2; thence N. 16 deg. 52’E., 10.00m to point 3; thence S. 73 deg. 11’E., 9.00 m. to point 4; thence S. 16 deg. 52’W. 10.00m. to point of beginning, containing an area of Ninety (90) square meters.”

The bidding will be done thru SEALED BIDS and the property will be awarded to the best and highest bidder who shall pay his bid in cash or manager’s check in Philippine Currency within five (5) days from notice.

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated time and date.

In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on APRIL 4, 2012 same time and place without further notice.

Prospective buyers may investigate for themselves the Transfer Certificate of Title of the property above-described and the encumbrances thereon of any there be.
