Missing 14-year old girl found dead
ROSALES–The body of a 14-year old girl, already in an advanced state of decomposition, was found by a farmer in the afternoon of March 19 in a vacant lot near his farm in Barangay Balincanaway here.
When found, the body of Vangelene Martin, daughter of Eduardo Martin of Barangay Balincanaway, was clad in pink/violet T-shirt without lower garment and wearing stainless bracelet and ring.
The lower part of her body was also pinned with broken hollow blocks.
Investigators said the girl has been reported missing after she was last seen on the night of March 16 attending a wake in her barangay.
The Rosales police called the Scene of the Crime Operatives to lift fingerprints and other evidence that be used to trace the perpetrators.
